Lean Value Solutions International is unique in its heritage back to The Toyota Production System. Our heritage is rooted in the Toyota Production System and its fundamentals, which we learned firsthand through close working relationships with TPS pioneers.
In recent years, the Toyota Production System has become more broadly known as Lean Manufacturing. Lean Value Solutions International is only one of a select group of consulting companies that can trace its links to the original pioneers of Lean, this fact is beneficial for our clients.
LVSI is proud to have as a senior member of it’s staff, Mr. Akira Takenaka, former Vice President of Toyota Goishin and founding member of Taiichi Ohno’s team which formulated the legendary production system.
LVSI was founded by a group of individuals who participated in some of the earliest and most successful Lean implementations in North America. Our founders came from organizations renown for their continuous improvement programs like United Technologies, GE, and BF Goodrich.
